Does the price in the catalogs include engraving?

In most cases, the price in the catalogs does not include the engraving.  Please call for a quote.

How many days does it take to complete an order?

Our standard turnaround time is 5-7 business days. For larger orders, more time may be needed.

Is there a rush service available?

Yes, but it is dependant on the item and engraving service required. It is $10.00 or 20 percent of the order total, whichever amount is higher.

What are your hours?

We are open from 8:30AM until 5:00PM, Monday through Friday

Can you engrave glassware?

Yes.  Most glassware, crystal and glass items are engraveable. Glassware with extreme curvature, asymmetry, size or weight makes it difficult to laser because of the limitations of the laser engraver itself.

Can you engrave stainless steel?

We can perform a process called CerMark. This process adds a bonded layer of dark, contrast black to the stainless steel. When finished, the CerMarked area is extremely durable, with resistance to scratching, outdoor exposure, chemical resistance, and has even been used by NASA on the International Space Station.

Do you have a minimum charge?

There is a minimum charge of $15.00 on all projects.

How do I personalize my item with a logo?

We can put your logo on most items. The best way to provide the logo is to have it in a digital format. See our artwork requirements for details.

Do you have artwork requirements?

Yes. Production ready artwork is the preferred. Artwork can be provided as EPS, PDF, AI, or TIF. When exporting files the fonts must be outlined or converted to curves. When a hard copy is being provided, it needs to be black and white without gray areas. Artwork needs to be crisp and sharp so when we scan the image we are able to create a production ready file for engraving.

Can I see a proof?

Yes. We send a proof of the final layout for your approval. Once the proof is approved we will start production. Be sure and check it very carefully to prevent possible errors on the final product.
